On 20 January 2021, Firma Hukum MAGNAAR participated in Law Firm Virtual Expo “Get connected to the Indonesian Rising Law Firms”, which was hosted by Hukumonline.com and the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association.
In this event, we discussed about “Legal Aspects of Equity Financing and Sale and Purchase of Shares” which includes a general overview, the pluses and minuses and its legal implications, as well as strategies in carrying out the transactions.
