MAGNAAR REPRESENTED BANK MUAMALAT IN IDR 920 BILLION SYNDICATED MUSYARAKAH FACILITY TO BUMA

 

MAGNAAR represented Bank Muamalat as the Mandated Lead Arranger in arranging US$60 million (equivalent to IDR 920 billion) syndicated Musyarakah financing facility made available to BUMA, subsidiary of DOID (Delta Dunia Group). Bank Muamalat provided US$ 50 million (equivalent to IDR 768.5 billion) of the facility and acted as the facility agent and security agent. BUMA will use the facility to support its corporate action and operational activities. BUMA is part of Delta Dunia Group and one of the largest coal mining contractors in Indonesia. BUMA has successfully implemented diversification strategies by expanding to metallurgical coal. Bank Muamalat is the first sharia commercial bank in Indonesia and currently in the process of listing at the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
