The inspiring story of Naila Syifa Arnita, Associate at Firma Hukum MAGNAAR, was featured in Hukumonline’s NeXGen Lawyers 2020.
Since she started her career as a junior associate, Naila has been involved in various complex transactions. One of her successful milestones is when she handled a convertible loan transaction for our fintech client. Deep understanding on the structure of the transaction and the ability to work under pressure with tight timetable were her key aptitudes in handling the transaction and other matters assigned to her. During her studies at Universitas Padjajaran, Naila was an outstanding scholar whose writings were published in various law journals and won a national legal research paper competition.
