Suci A.E. Mandiri
Suci is a senior associate at Firma Hukum MAGNAAR and joined the firm in 2018. Suci’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial matters. She has been involved in a variety of transactions involving both domestic and international business such as assisting investors in forming and structuring their investment plans and corporate business activities in Indonesia, financing and acquisitions, in many sectors including infrastructure projects, manufacturing, fintech and property.
Before joining Firma Hukum MAGNAAR, Suci worked with another reputable law firm, where she has been involved in providing legal assistance to clients, not only to prepare transaction documents and providing legal advice, but also representing clients in civil and commercial litigation cases, including bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang/PKPU), employment and intellectual property. Suci is also experienced in arranging strategies for restructuring and settlement of non-performing loans.
Suci speaks English and Indonesian language fluently.

- Advising a state-owned company in respect to public private partnership in developing a Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) at the regional final waste management and treatment infrastructure with the provincial government*

- Assisting one of the prominent American affiliated oil and gas company in their several cases pertaining legal due diligence for land acquisition, criminal reports related to forgery and immigration retrieval, and civil disputes related to overlapping land ownerships*
