Hukumonline, Indonesia’s leading legal news and information plarform, held its seventh annual Top 100 Indonesian Law Firms 2024 award ceremony on Friday, 28 Juni 2024 at Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta. This year, there were 236 participating law firms from 10 provinces in Indonesia. Hukumonline also holds Practice Leader event as one of the series of events.
Hukumonline Practice Leaders is a directory that contains important information about the profiles of hundreds of the best law firms in Indonesia. The profiles were compiled based on the performance of each practice area, innovation, and reputation of the law firm in the last one year, starting from1 March 2023 to February 2024. The rankings are determined based on the law firm’s specialization or practice area, which are devided into four groups, Elite One, Elite II, Elite III, and Elite IV. Each group is assessed based on several things such as client background, number of parties involved, transaction value, and work substance.
Firma Hukum Magnaar received the Elite One award in the Health and Pharmaceutical category. In this case, we assisted client in framework of transactions in acquisition of shares and assets, and business lisences.
