Transformation of Indonesia’s Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM) to become the Financial Sector Legal Consultants Associations (HKHSK) on December 4, 2024, is a strategic step in aligning the organization’s role with the recent developments and regulatory reforms in the financial sector. Law No 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strength of the Financial Sector (UU P2SK) has introduced legal consultants as a financial sector profession and HKHSK is progressing to fill that role.
With reference to the transformation of HKHSK, we are also pleased to announce that our Partner Sahid Ramadian, has been appointed as part of HKHSK board for 2024-2027 as Head of Domestic Institutions Cooperation Division. This appointment demonstrates our commitment in supporting the development of the legal profession in the financial sector.
